What I Did
- Conducted user research to understand expectations and pain points in ride-hailing apps.
- Defined personas for passengers and drivers to clarify goals and behaviors.
- Designed user flows for booking, ride tracking, and payment confirmation.
- Created wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs focusing on clarity and quick interaction.
- Developed a visual system with strong yellow & black contrast for brand identity.
- Designed onboarding, login, and verification screens with fast navigation.
- Built an interactive prototype in Figma to test booking and tracking flows.
- Performed usability testing and refined interactions to reduce friction.
