Gluten-free Restaurant Finder
An app designed for people with celiac disease who must use gluten-free foods. Users can find restaurants around their location that cater to gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan diets. They can preview menus, check prices, read reviews, and book tables before visiting.
Process
What I Did
- Researched users' demands and learned about celiac disease and gluten-free dietary needs.
- Interviewed people who have celiac disease to understand their real challenges.
- Defined a persona based on research findings.
- Conducted competitive analysis comparing restaurant finder apps for dietary needs.
- Designed a home page where users can filter all their needs at a glance.
- After usability testing and many iterations, designed the search, filter, and restaurant reservation flow.
